Community Learning Briefs, a new series by the Philadelphia Education Fund, is a periodic publication that informs the community's role in improving academic outcomes in Philadelphia and the region. These Learning Briefs raise awareness, prompt dialogue, and inspire action around educational opportunities, supports, and success for our young people.
