PEF is delighted to announce the election of four new members to the Board of Directors on June 25th.

Juliana Mosley, Ph.D., is the Chief Diversity, Inclusion, & Community Relations Officer at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. A graduate of Miami University, Juliana has served the field of education for more than 20 years, primarily dedicated to higher education. In addition to holding executive positions at a number of colleges and universities, Juliana is an experienced consultant and public speaker.

Affectionately known as “Dr. J” by her beloved students, Juliana seeks to “educate and train people to engage in difficult dialog through cultural humility to make the unconscious conscious.”

Patricia (“Patty”) Day is on staff at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia where she serves as Manager for the Chamber’s Leadership Councils. The Leadership Councils advance the work of the Chamber and its affiliated organizations, bolster the region’s competitiveness, and accelerate economic growth by engaging CEOs and Chamber members.

Patty graduated from SUNY Oneonta and received a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from Temple University. She represents the Chamber on several workforce and education focused committees in Greater Philadelphia. Most recently, she has taken on the role of Adjunct Professor at Temple University.

Melinda Welsh brings many years of communications, marketing, team leadership, and business strategy experience to the PEF Board. Currently, Melinda is Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Consumer Lending, Chase Auto Finance, JPMorgan Chase.

Melinda will help us to reach large audiences through a number of channels to communicate PEF’s messages and develop and communicate strategy. Melinda graduated with a BA in English and Journalism from the University of Richmond and earned a Master’s Degree in Professional Communication from LaSalle University.

Susan Lorenz-Fisher is the Vice President of Corporate Citizenship and Sustainability for AmerisourceBergen. After graduating from the University of Delaware with undergraduate degrees in Biochemistry and Economics, Susan went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Sustainability from the University of Michigan as well as a Business Certification from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, Susan spent three years as the Director of Sustainability & Global Communications at Keystone Foods, and six years as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies in development of their sustainability and social responsibility strategies.
