The Philadelphia Education Fund is hiring a Data and Evaluations Manager, Lead CAP Coordinator, and Managing Coordinator for its College Access Program.
The Data and Evaluations Manager will support and strengthen the reach and impact of its College Access Program by delivering on critical program objectives, supporting program-related resource development needs, stewarding partnerships, and partnering in the overall delivery of a high-quality, high-impact program. The individual in this position will work closely with all Talent Search (CAP) Program staff to support the use of data to inform program compliance, design and delivery. More information here.
The Lead CAP Coordinator is expected to support and strengthen the reach and impact of its College Access Program at a new partner high school. The individual in this position will design and manage programs, and will be responsible for developing new systems of partnerships at a newly formed partnering high school. This individual will work to enrich and evidence our College Access Program students’ engagement and experience with the TRiO Talent Search program that leads to increased rates of college going and college completion. The Managing Coordinator will support and strengthen the reach and impact of its College Access Program by delivering on critical program objectives, supporting program-related resource development needs, stewarding partnerships, and partnering in the overall delivery of a high-quality, high-impact program. The Marketing Coordinator will design and manage projects, programs, and partnerships to enrich and evidence our College Access Program students’ engagement and experience with the TRiO Talent Search program that leads to increased rates of college going and college completion.
