Each May, PEF’s College Access Coordinators organize a moving medallion celebration to cap off their students’ journey of learning, hard work, joy, and tears to high school graduation. This year, Olney Charter High Coordinator Madeline Birkner brought the medallions (and virtual hugs) to her students’ homes.
