Summer jobs are about more than the paycheck. For the students we serve at the Philadelphia Education Fund, a summer job is the opportunity to learn about workplace culture, build authentic relationships with a caring adult, and to acquire new skills.
Despite the pandemic, it’s important that we remain committed to providing students with this opportunity to grow and develop. So, at PEF, we are recruiting worksites and inviting 50 rising high school seniors from our Gear Up program to join us for PEF’s Summer WorkReady.
