STEM Workforce Development Manager
Barbara joined PEF as the STEM Workforce Development Manager, and in her role she designs, creates, and executes strategies and programs that improve outcomes related to a school’s goals, to ensure that all students will graduate college, pursue a career, and be life ready. In addition, she has extensive experience in managing the day-to-day operations of grant-funded programs (including STEM) and leveraging relationships to ensure that students and colleagues have the means and the opportunity to meet a need. She will be building on the multiple McKinney STEM Workforce Initiatives.
