Isabella Bowker
Senior Program Manager for the Philadelphia Postsecondary Success Program (PPSP)
Isabella Bowker is the Senior Program Manager for the Philadelphia Postsecondary Success Program (PPSP) at PEF. Prior to joining PEF, Isabella lived in Baltimore City, where she taught students from elementary through college through her work as a fourth-grade teacher, curriculum writer, and college retention program director.
Isabella received both her Bachelors in the Writing Seminars and Master of Arts in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University and worked as a student research assistant at JHU’s Everyone Graduates Center, a frequent collaborator of PEF. Originally from Rhode Island, Isabella can often be found cheering loudly for the Boston Celtics.
