LaToya Winkfield is a North Philadelphia native and accomplished education leader with expertise in administration, finance, and college access. She brings a strong background in organizational strategy and operations to her role at the Philadelphia Education Fund, where she supports systems that expand educational opportunities. 

A graduate of Temple University and La Salle University, LaToya has led initiatives at Temple’s Upward Bound programs and The Steppingstone Academy, helping secure over $12 million in scholarships for Philadelphia students. She also founded College Access Tip Tuesday, a social media series offering practical guidance to students and families navigating the college admissions process. 

Deeply committed to her community, LaToya actively volunteers with local schools and alumni organizations, continuing her mission to make college more accessible across Philadelphia.
