Nilah Swan
Program Coordinator, Spark
Prior to joining PEF in February of 2026, Nilah served as a long-term substitute in the Philadelphia School District teaching seventh-grade English. She earned her BA in Secondary English Education at Temple University. Nilah has experience in afterschool programming as she takes that experience into her new position with Spark.
In her free time, she loves to travel and frequently visits Barcelona—the city where she studied abroad during her undergrad.
