The Philadelphia Education Fund is pleased to invite you to Instructional Rounds at Temple University on Thursday, February 23^rd, from 8am-1:30pm. Instructional Rounds, inspired by the concept of ‘rounds’ in the medical field, is designed to break down isolation between secondary and postsecondary instruction through non-evaluative visits to each other’s classrooms. Instructional Rounds brings high school and college educators together to refine their practice as informed by this observation and accompanying debrief. The aim: to bridge the gaps between teaching and learning across high school and college. This year’s focus area will be on increasing student motivation, participation, and academic accountability.

Logistics: Breakfast and lunch will be provided. We will meet at Temple University in Room 821 of Mazur Hall. Mazur Hall is located at 1114 Polett Walk between 11th and 12th streets.
